Employees are Highly Motivated
As the new express-line-unit has a length of 70 metres and consists of six components, it has been quite difficult to ensure the successful operation of all the interlocking sequences. And without having a prototype as an example, the installation process has definitely been a challenge for the whole company. In the end, however, Markus Derix was delighted at how well everything went. "Without our dedicated and motivated employees, who are excellently prepared to handle new challenges, this would never have been possible", explained Markus Derix when he said thanks to the employees of the Derix Group.
Further to that, Markus Derix pointed out that the location of the company and its productions plants has never been put into question, because in this region they have found the most talented and most motivated employees. He explained that it is the main objective of the Derix Group to supply products of constantly high quality and the motivation of each individual employee to perform at his or her best has always been the key to achieving this goal. Markus Derix also emphasised that the employees of the Derix Group have always risen to particular challenges and this has made it a lot easier to cope with the sometimes frustrating restrictions and regulations that politics impose on medium-sized businesses nowadays.
