The Derix Group is authorised to combine Visual-Grading and Machine-Grading
On March 2nd, 2006, the Derix Group has been authorised to use machine-grading as a stress-grading method. The respective certificate was issued after the production plant had been inspected by the Material Testing Institute of the University of Karlsruhe. The experts from the independent Material Testing Institute have confirmed that the equipment as well as the method for stress grading complies with the standards and provisions of the timber industry.
