Long Vehicle Transportation

Often the dimension of the transport determines the maximal possible dimension of the structural members. In general it is no problem to transport structural members with a length of approximately 16 m, a width of 2,50 m and a maximum height of 4,0 m (including low-loading truck). In exceptional cases it is also possible to transport excess-length structural members and structural members with over-width, but as a consequence, the additional operating expense is enormous. Thus, it is recommendable to consider the dimension of the transport already during the planning and design process.
